1. About IncaZing

IncaZing is a behavioural intelligence platform for modern sales, operated by IncaZing, a sole proprietorship registered in India, with its principal place of business at #113, Cheran Nagar 2, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore 641301, India. These Terms apply when you purchase, access or use any IncaZing product or service.

IncaZing currently provides or develops the following product lines: AmbiZing and SkillZing for individual sales professionals; RecruiZing for hiring organisations; DiagnoZing for organisations and their sales teams; and HireZing, a future voluntary opportunity network for individuals who choose to opt in when it becomes available.

2. Age Requirement

IncaZing services are intended for users aged 18 years or older. You must not begin an assessment or create an account if you are under 18.

3. Nature of the IncaZing Insight and Development Approach

IncaZing uses a proprietary framework to surface patterns relevant to sales readiness, development, hiring conversations and team capability. Outputs are development inputs and decision support tools. They are not medical, psychological or clinical evaluations.

Individual users of AmbiZing and SkillZing receive their own private insight report, which includes narrative capability observations, observed strengths and development priorities, for personal use only.

Employer-facing outputs under RecruiZing and DiagnoZing are narrative role-alignment and development signals. They do not display candidate rankings, archetype labels or automated hiring or employment decisions.

IncaZing outputs do not guarantee promotion, hiring success, performance, retention, revenue results or career outcomes.

4. AmbiZing and SkillZing — Individual Development Services

AmbiZing is a private 20-minute role-specific insight experience for individual sales professionals. SkillZing also includes Expand (21-day) and Evolve (45-day) development programmes, each available to start directly without first completing AmbiZing.

  • Your AmbiZing report is private to you unless you independently choose to download or share it.
  • Completing AmbiZing does not require you to purchase Expand or Evolve. You decide what to do after reviewing your report.
  • Expand is for users seeking to strengthen effectiveness in their current role.
  • Evolve is for users seeking to prepare for a different or higher-responsibility sales role.
  • AmbiZing and SkillZing are not employer-facing selection or performance-rating tools.

5. RecruiZing — Sales Hiring Insight Support

RecruiZing is a role-specific sales hiring insight service requested by an employer, recruiter or recruitment agency in relation to a stated hiring opportunity.

Before starting, a candidate will be informed of the requesting organisation, the role being assessed, the intended report recipient and the assessment purpose, and will be asked for their consent.

A RecruiZing report provides narrative role-alignment signals, strength signals, areas for interview exploration and suggested interview prompts. It does not provide candidate rankings, automated hire or reject recommendations, or automatic employment decisions.

A requesting organisation may use a RecruiZing report as one input in its evaluation process. It must not use the report as the sole basis for hiring or rejection, disclose it to unauthorised parties, or use it for an unrelated purpose.

6. DiagnoZing — Organisational Sales Capability Insight

DiagnoZing is an organisational sales capability insight service requested by an organisation to understand team-level themes, named individual-level development insights where disclosed and authorised, and areas where development support may require greater focus.

Before beginning, participating team members will be informed of the organisation requesting the engagement, the purpose, the authorised recipients and the fact that named individual outputs and team-level findings will be shared with identified leadership recipients.

DiagnoZing outputs support coaching, role-alignment discussions and development planning. The organisation requesting the engagement must not use a DiagnoZing output as the sole basis for promotion, demotion, termination, disciplinary action or another material employment decision.

7. HireZing — Future Voluntary Opportunity Network

HireZing is currently in development and will be shown as coming soon until operational. Participation will require a separate voluntary opt-in process. Eligibility and participation terms will be published before launch.

  • No individual is automatically listed in HireZing through AmbiZing, RecruiZing or DiagnoZing participation.
  • Joining HireZing requires a separate voluntary opt-in process.
  • An employer will see only profile information and approved development summaries that the individual agrees may be shared.
  • Participants may withdraw from HireZing and request delisting at any time.

8. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment service disclosed at checkout. By completing payment you authorise collection of the amount displayed for the selected service.

9. Delivery, Refunds and Cancellation

The following policy applies unless a product page or signed organisational agreement states otherwise:

  • AmbiZing: Access will be provided within 24 hours of successful payment and may be available sooner where automated delivery is functioning normally. Upon completion, the participant's personal insight report will be made available within 24 hours and may be available sooner where automated delivery is functioning normally. Full refund available within 72 hours of payment only if the assessment has not yet begun. Non-refundable once the assessment begins.
  • Expand: Access will be provided within 24 hours of successful payment and may be available sooner where automated delivery is functioning normally. Calendly scheduling link shared after enrolment for participants to select available 1:1 consultation slots. Full refund available within 72 hours of payment only if no development activity has begun and no included consultation has been booked or attended. Non-refundable once an activity begins or a consultation is booked or attended.
  • Evolve: Same delivery and refund policy as Expand, applying to the 45-day programme and 6 included consultations.
  • Technical failure: If a technical issue on IncaZing's side prevents completion of an assessment or development activity, access will be restored or a retake opportunity provided without reducing entitlement. If IncaZing cannot deliver the purchased service, a full refund will be provided for the undelivered portion.
  • Consultations: Included consultations must be booked and completed within the applicable programme period. Participants choose from available published Calendly slots. Unused consultations do not extend the programme period unless IncaZing cannot offer a suitable included slot.
  • RecruiZing: Full refund available within 72 hours of payment where the candidate assessment has not begun. Non-refundable once the candidate begins. Commercial terms for organisations are stated in the applicable order or proposal.
  • DiagnoZing: Commercial, cancellation and refund terms are stated in the relevant engagement agreement.
  • HireZing: Coming soon — no active purchase or placement fee applies at this time.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, subject to payment-processor timelines.

10. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All assessment frameworks, insight frameworks, assessment questions, report formats, learning content, methods, programme materials and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to IncaZing. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer or use any assessment or programme content to create a competing instrument or service without prior written permission.

You may use your own individual report for personal development and may voluntarily share it. Organisation clients may use reports only for the stated engagement purpose and subject to the confidentiality terms in these Terms and any applicable order form.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IncaZing's aggregate liability arising from a specific product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. IncaZing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, hiring or employment decisions, or business outcomes resulting from use of its outputs, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data is handled in accordance with the IncaZing Privacy Policy and the product-specific notice presented before an assessment or opt-in. Where an organisation commissions RecruiZing or DiagnoZing, additional data handling and confidentiality terms are set out in the accepted order form or engagement agreement.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
