1. Who We Are
IncaZing is a behavioural intelligence platform for modern sales, operated by IncaZing, a sole proprietorship with its principal place of business at #113, Cheran Nagar 2, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore 641301, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with AmbiZing, SkillZing, RecruiZing, DiagnoZing, HireZing and related website services.
2. Scope and Age Requirement
This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who access our website, purchase or participate in our services, complete an assessment, receive an invitation through an organisation, or opt in to HireZing. IncaZing services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.
3. General Categories of Data We May Process
- Identity and contact data: Name, email address, phone number and account details.
- Professional context data: Current role, target role, organisation, team or hiring opportunity.
- Assessment and report data: Role-specific assessment responses, narrative capability insights, observed strengths and development priorities (visible only to the individual user for AmbiZing and SkillZing), narrative role-alignment observations, report delivery records and programme progress.
- Payment data: Transaction identifiers, amount and payment status from our payment processor. We do not store full card details.
- Technical data: Authentication and session information, assessment link access and completion records, and transactional communication records.

5. AmbiZing and SkillZing — Individual Development Services
We use relevant data to deliver the assessment, prepare the private report, provide any selected programme, send transactional messages, maintain service records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Your individual reports are private to you. They contain narrative capability insights and development priorities for your own use. We do not share your assessment responses or reports with employers, recruiters or hiring teams unless you personally choose to share them.
We may use anonymised or aggregated information to improve our assessment framework and programme design. We will not publish identifiable stories, quotes or reports as case studies without your separate written permission.
6. RecruiZing — Candidate Assessment Services
RecruiZing is requested by an employer, recruiter or recruitment agency for a specified hiring opportunity. Before you begin, you will see the requesting organisation, role and intended report recipient, and will be asked to consent.
The hiring-facing report contains narrative role-alignment observations, strength signals, areas for interview exploration and suggested interview prompts. It does not contain your personal numeric scores, rankings or automatic hire or reject decisions.
The requesting organisation must not use the report as the sole basis for hiring or rejection. Your data will not be used to market SkillZing or list you in HireZing unless you separately opt in.
7. DiagnoZing — Organisational Sales Capability Insight
DiagnoZing is requested by an organisation for selected sales-team members. Before beginning, you will be informed that named individual outputs and team-level findings will be shared with identified authorised leadership recipients.
The organisation must not use a DiagnoZing output as the sole basis for a material employment action. Identifiable data is retained for 12 months by default.
8. HireZing — Future Opt-In Talent Pool
HireZing is a future voluntary opportunity network. Participation will require a separate opt-in process. Completing or participating in another IncaZing product does not automatically create a HireZing listing. Eligibility and participation terms will be published before HireZing becomes operational.
9. Internal Improvement and Analytics
We may use anonymised or aggregated information from assessment and service interactions to improve our framework, report design and programme delivery. Identifiable individual or candidate report information will not be used for external marketing, testimonials or case studies without separate written permission.
10. Service Providers and Data Locations
Core customer, assessment and report data is stored through Supabase infrastructure configured in the Mumbai region. Certain service providers, including payment, email-delivery and analytics providers, may process limited information in accordance with their service operations and applicable safeguards. We use the following service providers:
- Railway — website and application hosting
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (Mumbai region)
- Razorpay — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- PostHog — cookieless analytics on public marketing pages only; no session replay, no form input capture. (Configured on marketing pages only — not on assessment, portal or checkout pages.)
We do not sell personal data to third parties. IncaZing does not install Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or any advertising tracking pixels on its website at launch.
11. Retention and Deletion
We retain identifiable data only for the periods stated in Section 4 or for longer where required for a lawful purpose, dispute handling or payment and accounting records. On a valid deletion request, we will cease processing or delete data where required and permissible, subject to applicable legal obligations.
12. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access to information about personal data processed by IncaZing
- Correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Deletion of personal data, subject to applicable retention obligations
- Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent
- Grievance redressal regarding our processing of your personal data

13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data processed. In the event of a personal data breach, we will take appropriate remedial action and provide required notifications in accordance with applicable law.
