For Sales Leaders and Organisations

See where sales capability needs deeper support.

DiagnoZing helps leaders understand team-level capability patterns and individual development needs, so coaching, enablement and training decisions can be more targeted than generic programmes alone.

From performance visibility to development direction.

When organisations consider DiagnoZing.

Before investing in sales development

When a team is considering a structured development programme, DiagnoZing helps leaders understand where capability gaps are most significant before committing to a direction.

When execution varies across a team

When performance outcomes differ noticeably between people in similar roles, DiagnoZing helps explore whether capability patterns are a contributing factor.

When roles or expectations are changing

When the team's scope, seniority requirements or market context has shifted, DiagnoZing supports a structured review of where development focus is needed.

When leaders need more targeted coaching direction

When coaching conversations feel generic or reactive, DiagnoZing provides individual and team-level insight to support more focused, evidence-informed development.

How a DiagnoZing engagement works.

1

Scope the organisational context

IncaZing works with the commissioning leader to understand team structure, roles, current performance picture and what the engagement is intended to inform. This shapes the assessment scope and output format.

2

Confirm disclosure and participation requirements

Before assessments begin, IncaZing confirms what participants will be informed about how outputs will be used, who will receive findings and under what conditions individual insights will be shared. Responsible Use terms are accepted before the engagement proceeds.

3

Complete role-relevant assessments

Participants complete a role-specific assessment. Each participant receives clear information about the purpose of the assessment, who may receive findings and how their data will be handled before they begin.

4

Review development direction

Findings are presented to authorised leadership recipients in the format agreed during scoping — covering team-level themes, individual development insights where authorised, and priority development directions.

Important: DiagnoZing outputs are development and coaching guides. They are not designed or validated for use as the basis of employment decisions, including hiring, promotion, demotion, or dismissal. Any such use is outside the intended scope of this product.

Responsible use

How DiagnoZing is designed to be used.

DiagnoZing maps capability patterns to support development decisions. The following principles govern how assessments are conducted and how outputs may be used.

Participants are informed before assessment that authorised leadership recipients may receive team-level findings and named individual-level outputs

Outputs are shared only within agreed organisational scope and with authorised recipients

Outputs are intended for targeted development planning and responsible leadership judgement

DiagnoZing must not be the sole basis for promotion, demotion, disciplinary action or termination

Identifiable participant responses and reports are retained for 12 months by default

Participants may request personal data or deletion through hello@incazing.com

Organisational clients must accept Responsible Use terms before assessments begin
