I did not plan a career in sales. But I have spent years questioning how we learn it.

After years of selling, building revenue and leading teams, one question kept staying with me: what sits beneath performance that ordinary metrics, interviews and generic training do not always reveal?

When a sales situation becomes real — pressure on the call, a difficult negotiation, a long dry patch — the gap between people is not usually about product knowledge or process. It is about the mental and behavioural patterns underneath. How someone explains a setback to themselves. How rejection lands. Whether they frame value or just chase agreement.

I could not find a tool that mapped that layer directly for sales. So I built one.
