Human insight should support people, not reduce them to a label.

IncaZing is designed to bring greater clarity to sales development, hiring conversations and organisational capability planning — while protecting individual dignity, consent and responsible human judgement.

IncaZing is not
  • A clinical psychological assessment
  • A mental-health diagnostic service
  • A personality labelling or ranking platform
  • An automated hiring or rejection engine
  • A tool for determining promotion, demotion or termination on its own
  • A guarantee of future performance, promotion, placement or income growth
Product-specific commitments

SkillZing / AmbiZing / Expand / Evolve

  • AmbiZing is optional and not required before joining Expand or Evolve.
  • Individual reports are not automatically shared with employers, recruiters, RecruiZing or HireZing.
  • Outputs do not guarantee career outcomes.

RecruiZing

  • Candidates are informed of the organisation, role and assessment purpose before beginning.
  • Candidate participation requires explicit consent.
  • Reports are shared only with authorised hiring recipients.
  • RecruiZing does not rank candidates.
  • RecruiZing does not automatically reject applicants.
  • RecruiZing does not guarantee future performance.
  • RecruiZing must not be the sole basis for hiring or rejection.
  • Identifiable candidate data is retained for 12 months by default, subject to disclosed legal or contractual retention requirements.
  • Candidates may request their data or assessment summary through hello@incazing.com.
  • Hiring organisations must accept Responsible Use terms before receiving candidate reports.

DiagnoZing

  • Named individual outputs may be shared with authorised leadership recipients only where disclosed to participants in advance.
  • Outputs are for development planning — not standalone employment action.
  • DiagnoZing must not be the sole basis for promotion, demotion, disciplinary action or termination.
  • Identifiable participant responses and reports are retained for 12 months by default; longer only if agreed and disclosed.
  • Participants may request personal data or deletion through hello@incazing.com, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
  • Organisational clients must accept Responsible Use terms before assessments begin or reports are provided.

HireZing — Coming Soon

  • HireZing requires a separate voluntary opt-in.
  • No automatic listing — programme completion does not create a HireZing profile.
  • No employment, placement or income guarantee.
